The Kosatka is RUNE's submarine in the Boats class and doubles as the base of operations for the Cayo Perico Heist. Prices run from $2,200,000 up to $9,085,000 fully upgraded through Warstock Cache and Carry, and only one person sits at the controls even though the interior works as a mobile headquarters. It is not built for speed. Testing clocks it at 41.5 mph flat out with a 4:07.805 lap on the benchmark circuit, slow numbers that make sense for a 20000 mass vessel meant to sit offshore rather than race. It also mounts weapons, so it counts as a weaponized vehicle if you need to defend it. It arrived with the Cayo Perico Heist update in December 2020 alongside the Avisa. Owning one is required to start that heist, which is why most players who buy it do so for that reason first.
