The Tug is a single seat working boat in the Boats class, priced at $1,250,000 through DockTease. It is built to look and feel like a real harbor tugboat rather than to perform like one of the game's speedboats. Its numbers make that clear. Testing has it at just 18.5 mph flat out with a 6:37.952 lap on the benchmark circuit, the slowest figures of any boat in this class, a direct result of its heavy 12200 mass. The Finance and Felony update brought it into the game in June 2016, fitting for a boat built more for looks than for going anywhere fast. Most players buy it for its novelty and looks rather than for practical transport. It sits in the Premium price bracket despite its slow, working boat performance.
