The RPG is a heavy weapon in GTA 5 and GTA Online, sold at Ammu-Nation for $26,250. Its datamined figures are 0 damage, a fire rate of about 75 rounds per minute, a range figure of 85 and a clip of 1, identical to the Firework Launcher's numbers. The 0 damage reflects an explosive warhead rather than a bullet value, dealing its real damage through the blast on impact, which wrecks vehicles and clears groups of NPCs in the area it hits. Unlike the Homing Launcher, its rocket flies straight rather than tracking a target, so aim matters more and moving vehicles are harder to hit. The single round clip and the reload after every shot mean each rocket needs to count. It has no Mk II version. Sharing its exact figures with the seasonal Firework Launcher suggests the two use the same underlying data template despite one being a real weapon and the other a novelty.
Buy it from any Ammu-Nation for $26,250.
