Ellis rounds out the list of names tied to GTA 6 through casting material and leak discussion, all of it originating outside Rockstar. As with the other rumored names, there is no confirmed role, storyline or relationship behind it, only the name itself surfacing in leaked material. Rockstar has confirmed two playable characters for GTA 6, Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, and has not used the name Ellis in any trailer or official statement. A name appearing in casting material describes a role being cast at a point in time, not a guarantee of what, or who, ends up in the finished game. Ellis becomes fact only if Rockstar itself confirms it, through future marketing or the released game. For now, it belongs with the rest of the rumored names, plausible, unverified, and subject to change.
