Iris belongs to the list of names tied to GTA 6 through leak discussion and casting material, with nothing from Rockstar itself behind it. Rockstar has kept its confirmed cast to two people so far, Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, despite years of leaks naming many more potential characters. That gap is consistent with how the studio has handled past releases. It tends to let character and cast detail out on its own schedule, close to launch, rather than confirming or denying names as they surface early in development from casting calls or internal documents. Whether Iris ends up as a named character, a placeholder that gets renamed, or a role cut entirely is not something leak discussion can settle. Only Rockstar naming the character in its own material would confirm it.
