Leonida Joker is the nickname players use for a tattooed man who turns up on an in-game news broadcast in GTA 6 rather than in a mission. The name comes from his clear resemblance to a real person known online as the Florida Joker. The broadcast focuses on a word tattooed across his face, along with a second tattoo on his neck, and reports that both marks were used to identify and convict him. Rockstar presents the whole thing as an in-world news segment, the kind of background media GTA games use to add texture rather than a scene built around the two leads. Whether this man has any larger part in the story, or whether the broadcast is a one-off piece of background flavor, has not been said. His real connection to the Florida Joker beyond a visual likeness is also not something Rockstar has spelled out.
