Story so far

Lori Heder is named in Rockstar's own character material as Brian's third wife, placing her inside one of the confirmed family threads in GTA 6. She works alongside him at a boat yard, putting her on the water-based side of Leonida's economy.

Official material also shows her comfortable around firearms, pictured with both a rifle and a handgun rather than kept away from the rougher side of that world. That detail sets her apart from a purely domestic role and suggests she can handle herself if trouble reaches the boat yard.

Brian himself, the wider family situation behind a third marriage, and how any of it ties into the main story are all still unexplained. Rockstar has confirmed her existence and her place in that household without saying much more.
