Petra Navarro holds the Chief Operating Officer title at Megamundo, based on Rockstar's own character material for GTA 6. That role puts her near the top of the company whose opening event forms part of the early story. She is the one who brings Jason and Lucia into the Megamundo Building opening, introduced to them through Valentina rather than meeting them on her own. That introduction happens shortly before the event turns into an armed robbery, putting all three of them in the middle of it. Beyond that scene, Rockstar has not detailed how large her part is once the story moves past the opening, or whether she has any further dealings with Jason and Lucia. Her standing at Megamundo outside that one event remains unclear.
