The Assault Rifle is the classic AK-47 clone that has been the go-to workhorse across the series, wearing the Shrewsbury name here. It offers solid damage, a large magazine, and reliable handling at medium range, with the usual AK trade-off of noticeable recoil. For most players this is the default rifle once they can afford one.
Rifles like this normally come from Ammu-Nation after you reach a certain point, or off enemies in heavier fights. GTA 6 gun store details are still unconfirmed, so buying it from a shop is the likely route for now.
