The Crowbar is a short blunt melee weapon that returns from earlier games. It has less reach than a bat but works fine for close scuffles and doubles as a nod to prying things open. As a found tool it costs nothing and serves as a basic fallback in a pinch.
A crowbar is the kind of thing you pick up in the world rather than buy. Rockstar has not confirmed GTA 6 pickup spots, so expect to find one lying around garages, work sites, or similar places.
