Overview

The Nebula Turbo is a Vulcar sports classic based on the boxy Volvo 242 Turbo. It came with the Diamond Casino and Resort update in August 2019 and sells for $797,000 through Southern San Andreas Super Autos. Testing gives it 102.5 mph flat out and a 1:16.260 lap, race tier K, a long way off the class front. It is a rear-wheel-drive coupe that seats 4, and its slow top speed and lap time rule it out for serious racing. Where it shines is customizing: it takes a huge range of body, wheel and livery options and turns into a convincing period race car or street sleeper. It is stable and easy to drive, which suits relaxed cruising with a full car. It stores in a standard garage and is modified at Los Santos Customs. A separate Drift Tune version exists for slide-focused driving; this standard car is the one to keep if you want normal grip. It is a favorite at the Car Meet for a reason: it looks great done up.
