The Tornado Beater is the beaten-up version of the Declasse Tornado, in the game since launch in 2013. It is not sold anywhere: it spawns in traffic, and you can keep one by storing it in a garage. In community testing it reaches 98.5 mph flat out and laps the benchmark circuit in 1:25.096, earning race tier O. It seats 2.
