Overview

The Stromberg is Ocelot's submersible sports classic, based on the Lotus Esprit submarine car from the Bond film The Spy Who Loved Me. Its price is not confirmed in this data and it has no dealer listed. Testing gives it 112.75 mph flat out and a 1:07.351 lap; it carries no race tier since armed vehicles are not ranked for normal racing. On land it drives like a firm, rear-wheel-drive coupe. In water it submerges and fires torpedoes and machine guns, which is the whole point of owning one. It seats 2 and needs a Mobile Operations Center to fit its full weapon and armor upgrades, on top of the usual work. It came with the Doomsday Heist update in December 2017. Because no price or dealer is confirmed here, treat it as not currently purchasable in this data. It stores in both a normal garage and a submarine bay, reflecting its dual role on land and underwater.
