Overview

The Stinger GT is Grotti's droptop cousin to the Stinger, based on the same nineteen-sixties Ferrari-style shape but sold only in GTA Online, not GTA 5 story mode. Legendary Motorsport prices it at $875,000. Testing shows the same 112.25 mph top speed as the Stinger, with a slightly quicker 1:12.289 lap, still race tier I. The small gap in lap time between the two cars comes down to fine handling differences rather than anything major. Tier I keeps it well off the pace in a real Sports Classics race, so this is a car to own for its looks and its open roof rather than for competitive racing. Power goes to the rear wheels, with room for 2. It has been available since GTA Online launched in September 2013, and unlike the plain Stinger it has never left the Legendary Motorsport lineup. It stores in a standard garage, and its upgrades come from Los Santos Customs.
