Dalton Island is a confirmed piece of Vice-Dale County on Rockstar's map of Leonida. No real-world counterpart has been named for it in the material released so far. Biscayne Bay, the real bay that Vice-Dale's coastline draws from, holds a mix of islands beyond its well-known causeway chains, some natural mangrove islands built up over centuries and some spoil islands piled up from decades of dredging shipping channels. Small islands of this kind tend to stay quiet and undeveloped compared with the mainland, often reachable mainly by boat rather than by road. Dalton Island's own shoreline, its buildings and any activity tied to it remain undocumented outside of its name and county. Whether it can be reached on foot, by bridge or only by water has not been said.
