Little Haiti is a confirmed Vice-Dale County location named directly after Miami's real Little Haiti, a neighborhood north of downtown that holds the largest Haitian community anywhere outside Haiti itself. The real neighborhood grew through Haitian immigration in the late twentieth century and still centers on Haitian Creole and French, with botanicas selling herbal and spiritual goods, Caribbean bakeries and restaurants, and murals celebrating Haitian history and culture along its main streets. The Little Haiti Cultural Complex anchors a good deal of that community life. The neighborhood also sits on slightly higher ground than much of low-lying Miami, a detail that has drawn new development interest as the wider city worries about rising water elsewhere. Rockstar has not detailed which streets or businesses made it into the game, or what players can actually do once they arrive. The name confirms the setting, not the content.
