Little Havana is a confirmed Vice-Dale County location, named after Miami's real Little Havana, the neighborhood that became the heart of the city's Cuban exile community from the 1960s onward. The real district centers on Calle Ocho, Southwest 8th Street, lined with walk-up Cuban coffee windows, cigar shops and family restaurants. At Maximo Gomez Park, known locally as Domino Park, older men gather over games of dominoes, a fixture of the neighborhood for decades. The annual Calle Ocho street festival draws crowds from across the city, and murals and storefronts across the area lean into Cuban and wider Latin American culture. Rockstar's own flavor text for the county already nods to that same identity, describing bakeries in this corner of the map under a different nickname. How much of that specific texture, which streets, which storefronts, carries over into the game has not been shown. Rockstar has confirmed the neighborhood's place on the map and nothing more about its content.
