Vice City Port is a confirmed Vice-Dale County location, drawn from PortMiami, the real cargo and cruise port that sits on reclaimed land in Biscayne Bay next to downtown Miami. PortMiami handles more cruise passengers than any other port in the world, home port to some of the largest ships afloat alongside a steady flow of container cargo, and it connects to the mainland by a tunnel running beneath the bay to keep truck traffic off the surface streets downtown. Rows of cranes and stacked containers sit alongside the cruise terminals, a working harbor as much as a tourist gateway into the city. Which docks, ships or cargo areas are modeled, and how much of the port players can walk through, remains unconfirmed. Its exact role in the story has not been described.
