Spaceship parts are 50 glowing fragments scattered across the map in Story Mode, sitting on rooftops, under bridges and out in the middle of nowhere. They only appear once Franklin meets Omega in Sandy Shores and completes the Far Out mission, and collecting all 50 unlocks the Space Docker and the From Beyond the Stars reward. Because the fragments glow, they stand out clearly once it is dark, which makes night driving or flying a good way to spot several at once rather than searching in daylight. The spread across rooftops, bridges and empty stretches of land means the hunt covers ground vehicles, aircraft and some climbing, depending on where each fragment happens to sit. Since nothing appears until the Far Out mission is finished, there is no point starting this hunt early. Once it does unlock, treat it as a long running side project alongside Omega's other questlines.
Start the Far Out mission for Omega in Sandy Shores as Franklin. From then on every part is collectable in free roam, and each one you grab is logged in the mission checklist.
Return the full set to Omega and he rebuilds his ship into the Space Docker, a moon-buggy style vehicle with its own engine sound. The From Beyond the Stars achievement pops with the final part.
