Zirconium built a motorhome around 1980 and GTA has refused to let it die. The Journey, patterned after the Fleetwood Pace Arrow, returns from GTA V and turns up in GTA 6 screenshots. Files list six seats, front-wheel drive and 4,000 kg, which promises exactly the driving experience you are imagining. It is a rolling apartment, and it moves like one.

Acquisition is unconfirmed. Aging RVs in past GTA games were street and trailer park finds rather than purchases, which seems the likely pattern here too. A guess, clearly labeled as one.
